Please complete and submit this form digitally to let us know you would like to volunteer to help out at events. You will be contacted with more information based on which events you wish to volunteer for as that event gets closer.
HUSD requires all volunteers to also submit a copy of their ID and the HUSD Volunteer form. Click HERE to submit a digital copy, or click HERE to print out a copy for each individual wishing to volunteer. Submit the HUSD form and copy of your ID to the Band Director.
